Extends the deadline for electronic filing of financial disclosures from January 1, 2022 to January 1, 2023, requiring paper-only submissions through December 31, 2022.

Expands financial disclosure requirements to include mayors, city commissioners, city council members, city/county/town/village managers, and members of the Commission on Ethics and Florida Elections Commission.

Allows federal income tax returns, financial statements, and other documents showing income sources to be submitted with disclosures, removing the prior prohibition on including federal tax returns.

Permits filers to include attachments and supporting documentation with electronic filings and allows electronic signatures with written declarations to satisfy sworn oath requirements.

Delays the transition of local officers' statement filings from supervisors of elections to the Commission on Ethics until January 1, 2024, and extends paper filing acceptance through that date.
