Creates section 448.111, Florida Statutes, establishing evidentiary standards for business actions during declared emergencies.

Prohibits specified business actions taken during a public health emergency (declared by State Health Officer) or state of emergency (declared by Governor) from being used as evidence in civil lawsuits related to worker classification, workers' compensation, wage disputes, or misclassification claims.

Shields four categories of emergency-related business actions from evidentiary use: providing financial assistance to workers unable to work due to health concerns, directly providing health and safety-related benefits, providing health and safety training, and taking actions required or suggested by federal, state, or local law to protect public health.

Applies the evidentiary protections to actions brought under workers' compensation statutes, employment law statutes, and general law claims for lost wages, salary, benefits, or compensation.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
