Requires the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to expedite professional license applications from spouses of active duty military members and issue licenses within 7 days of receiving a complete application.

Changes professional licenses for military spouses from temporary (12-month non-renewable) to full professional licenses under section 456.024.

Eliminates the application fee requirement for military spouse license applicants under the Department of Health and professional boards.

Removes the requirement that military spouses hold a valid license from another state as a prerequisite, instead requiring proof they would otherwise be entitled to full licensure and are eligible to take the Florida licensure examination.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
