Creates section 491.018, Florida Statutes, to establish exemptions from public records and meetings requirements related to the Professional Counselors Licensure Compact.

Exempts a counselor's personal identifying information (excluding name, licensure status, or licensure number) held by the Department of Health or Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling from public records disclosure, unless the reporting state authorizes disclosure by law.

Exempts meetings or portions of meetings of the Counseling Compact Commission or its executive committee from public meetings requirements when the chair declares specific reasons for closure in writing, including discussions of pending litigation, contract negotiations, trade secrets, or matters exempted under federal or state law.

Exempts recordings, minutes, and records generated during closed portions of exempt meetings from public records requirements.

Subjects all exemptions to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and provides for automatic repeal on October 2, 2027, unless reenacted by the Legislature.
