Deletes the requirement that physicians provide informed consent information to pregnant women at least 24 hours before an abortion procedure, allowing information to be provided at any time.

Removes the exception that allowed the 24-hour waiting period to be waived for women who presented documentation of being victims of rape, incest, domestic violence, or human trafficking.

Eliminates restrictions prohibiting state agencies, local governmental entities, and Medicaid managed care plans from spending funds on or contracting with organizations that perform abortions.

Removes the requirement that the Agency for Health Care Administration inspect at least 50 percent of patient records during abortion clinic license inspections.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
