Increases income eligibility threshold for Florida Kidcare program from 200 percent to 400 percent of the federal poverty level, effective July 1, 2022.

Establishes tiered monthly family premiums for Title XXI coverage based on income level: $50 per child (201-250% FPL), $100 (251-300% FPL), $150 (301-350% FPL), and $200 (351-400% FPL), with an $800 monthly aggregate cap per family.

All amendments require federal approval through a waiver or state plan amendment and expire July 1, 2025, with coverage continuing for children already enrolled until they leave the program.

Requires the Agency for Health Care Administration to notify the Division of Law Revision within 10 days of receiving federal approval for the waiver or state plan amendment.
