Authorizes the Governor, all Cabinet members, and all members of the Florida Legislature to visit any charter school in the state without prior notice.

Allows authorized visitors to visit charter schools on any day at any time, with no limitations on the duration or scope of visits.

Permits charter schools to require visitors to sign in and out at the main office and wear identification badges while on premises.

Allows charter schools to offer, but not require, an escort to accompany authorized visitors.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
