Requires the Department of Economic Opportunity to enable mobile device access to the Reemployment Assistance Claims and Benefits Information System by the end of fiscal year 2024-2025.

Claimants must be able to file reemployment assistance claims and view all claim information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via mobile devices.

Allows claimants to update personal information (addresses, telephone numbers), manage payment methods (debit card or direct deposit), and create or change personal identification numbers through mobile devices.

Enables claimants to choose notification preferences (electronic or U.S. mail), request benefits, print tax forms, and submit work search contacts via mobile devices.

Effective date: July 1, 2022.
