Allows mold assessment and remediation practitioners to obtain Florida licensure by endorsement if they hold a valid license from another state or territory, or held such a license for at least 10 years and apply within 2 years of the license expiring.

Permits asbestos consultants and contractors to obtain Florida licensure by endorsement if they passed EPA-approved exams and held valid licenses in other states or territories for at least 10 years, with applications due within 2 years of license expiration.

Authorizes public lodging and food service establishments to renew licenses for either 1 or 2 years, with fee caps of $1,000 or $2,000 for lodging (1-year or 2-year) and $400 or $800 for food service (1-year or 2-year).

Requires all licensees and licensed agents to provide email addresses to the Division of Hotels and Restaurants and allows the division to deliver notices and inspection reports by email.

Removes the November 1, 2021 deadline for contractors to apply for licensure under grandfathering provisions and allows guest registers at transient establishments to be maintained in electronic format.
