Exempts names, email addresses, home addresses, and telephone numbers of animal adopters from public records requirements under Florida Statutes s. 119.07(1) and the State Constitution.

Applies to records held by animal shelters or animal control agencies operated by counties, municipalities, or other incorporated political subdivisions.

Establishes the exemption to encourage animal adoption and protect adopters from harassment, stalking, intimidation, or theft by prior animal owners seeking to reclaim animals.

Subjects the exemption to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and automatically repeals on October 2, 2027, unless reenacted by the Legislature.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
