Authorizes the Department of Corrections and counties to contract with Florida College System institutions to provide education services to inmates, in addition to existing options of district school boards, Florida Virtual School, and charter schools.

Permits state funds for postsecondary workforce programs to be expended on education for state inmates who have 24 months or less of time remaining on their sentences.

Removes restrictions on the types of educational, career, and vocational training that can be provided to inmates in both state and county correctional facilities.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
