Creates the Advanced Air Mobility Study Task Force adjunct to the Department of Transportation, composed of 25 members including the DOT Secretary (chair), state legislators, local government representatives, industry experts, and disability/underserved community advocates.

Task force members serve without compensation but receive reimbursement for per diem and travel expenses; funding provided from the State Transportation Trust Fund.

Task force shall assess the advanced air mobility industry and eVTOL aircraft development, identify relevant federal and state laws, recommend regulatory changes, and evaluate integration into local transportation plans.

Requires task force to submit comprehensive report to the Governor and Legislature by October 1, 2023, after which the task force is abolished.

Takes effect July 1, 2022 and expires December 31, 2023.
