Revises s. 92.55 to replace "sexual offense victim or witness" with "sexual offense victim," limiting the definition to persons under 18 who were victims of sexual offenses, not witnesses.

Prohibits depositions of victims under 18, persons with intellectual disabilities, and sexual offense victims in dependency and criminal proceedings without a showing of good cause, with court authorization available upon written findings that the deposition is necessary and probative value outweighs detriment.

Changes the standard for protective orders from "severe" emotional or mental harm to "moderate" emotional or mental harm and makes considerations of such factors discretionary ("may") rather than mandatory ("shall").

Requires courts to appoint a guardian ad litem or advocate for deponents under this section if they lack counsel and authorizes courts to request interpreter assistance under s. 90.606.

Creates the Statewide Data Repository for Anonymous Human Trafficking Data at the University of South Florida, requiring law enforcement agencies and service providers to report trafficking data beginning July 1, 2023 (large counties) or July 1, 2024 (smaller counties) at least quarterly or biannually.
