Defines "computer science" to include coding, programming, computational thinking, robotics, and physical computing; defines "computational thinking" as expressing solutions as computational steps or algorithms.

Requires middle schools to provide computer science instruction for digital literacy and foundation skills; allows elementary schools to provide such instruction; requires high schools to offer computer science courses resulting in industry certifications toward standard diplomas.

Mandates Florida Virtual School to offer identified computer science courses and requires school districts without these courses to provide student access through the Virtual School or department-approved alternatives.

Authorizes school districts or consortiums to apply for state funding (subject to appropriation) for teacher training in computer science educator certificates, industry certifications, and professional development, with awards distributed equitably to small and rural districts.

Provides annual bonuses to effective teachers: $1,000 per year (up to 3 years) for those with computer science educator certificates, and $500 per year (up to 3 years) for those with relevant industry certifications, upon completion of each school year teaching identified courses.
