Creates section 282.32, Florida Statutes, establishing the "Critical Infrastructure Standards and Procedures Act" to improve cybersecurity of control systems affecting critical infrastructure.

Requires local government asset owners to procure automation and control system components, services, and solutions that conform to the ISA 62443 series of standards as referenced by the National Institute of Standards and Technology Cybersecurity Framework, effective July 1, 2022.

Defines critical infrastructure to include public transportation, water and wastewater treatment facilities, public utilities, state university system buildings, hospitals, public health facilities, and financial services organizations.

Applies to contracts for construction, reconstruction, alteration, or design of critical infrastructure facilities, which must require installed components meet minimum cybersecurity standards under ISA 62443 series standards.

Directs the Florida Digital Service, in consultation with the Florida Cybersecurity Advisory Council, to adopt rules implementing the act.
