Defines "hospital" as a facility licensed under Florida chapters 395 and 408, and "physician" as a person licensed to practice medicine under chapters 458 or 459.

Declares restrictive covenants between physicians and hospitals void and unenforceable if they lack a buyout option for the physician.

Finds that restrictive covenants without buyout options restrict patient access to physicians and increase costs.

Applies the buyout option requirement to restrictive covenants entered into on or after July 1, 2022.

Maintains existing law that restrictive covenants in counties where one entity employs all physicians in a specialty are void for 3 years after a second entity begins offering that specialty.
