Amends over 100 sections of the Florida Statutes to correct grammatical, typographical, and punctuation errors; replace incorrect cross-references and citations; and remove inconsistencies, redundancies, and unnecessary repetition

Deletes provisions that have expired or become obsolete, including past-due reporting deadlines (e.g., a July 1, 2021 report on the rebuilt motor vehicle inspection program, a January 1, 2021 report on invasive species, and completed rulemaking deadlines for substance abuse licensure requirements)

Reorders definitions into alphabetical sequence in multiple sections, including s. 366.02 (public utility definitions), s. 395.002 (hospital-related definitions), s. 736.1008 (trust-related definitions), s. 823.14 (Right to Farm Act definitions), and s. 553.791 (alternative plans review definitions), and updates all corresponding cross-references throughout the statutes

Conforms terminology and cross-references to changes made by prior legislative sessions, including renaming the "research-based reading instruction allocation" to "evidence-based reading instruction allocation" per ch. 2021-9, substituting "communication and computation" for "computation and communication" per ch. 2021-162, and correcting the "Early Learning-20" education system name per ch. 2021-10

Takes effect on the 60th day after adjournment sine die of the 2022 legislative session
