Establishes a cost-share program within the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to reimburse owners of agriculture, shellfish aquaculture, and timber operations for up to 75 percent of the value of environmental services they provide.

Requires the department to conduct a study in consultation with Florida Sea Grant and University of Florida to determine the value of environmental services including water recharge, stormwater filtration, wildlife habitat, carbon sequestration, nutrient remediation, coastal resilience, and air quality benefits.

Directs the department to cooperate with University of Florida Shellfish Aquaculture Research and Extension Program, Wakulla Environmental Institute, and Florida A&M University College of Agriculture and Food Sciences to promote the program and prioritize assistance to low-income communities, historically underresourced communities of color, and rural communities impacted by Hurricane Michael in 2018.

Requires the department to update brochures, websites, and marketing materials with information about cost-share program participation and adopt implementing rules.

Takes effect July 1, 2022, and is contingent on legislative appropriation of funds.
