Expands Florida's racing prohibition law to include "street takeovers" and "stunt driving," defining specific maneuvers including burnouts, doughnuts, drifting, and wheelies on highways, roadways, or parking lots.

Prohibits participation in street takeovers and stunt driving events, including coordinating through social media, filming or recording such activities, operating vehicles to fuel participants, and being a spectator at these events.

Establishes penalties for violations: first offense is a first-degree misdemeanor with $500-$1,000 fine and 1-year license revocation; second offense within 5 years requires $1,000-$3,000 fine and 2-year revocation; third or subsequent offense requires $2,000-$5,000 fine and 4-year revocation.

Allows law enforcement to arrest persons without a warrant when there is probable cause to believe they violated the stunt driving provisions, and permits impoundment of vehicles for 30 business days if the arrested person is the registered owner.

Effective October 1, 2022.
