Creates the Florida Strategic Fuel Reserve Task Force within the Division of Emergency Management to develop a strategic fuel reserve plan for responding to private and public fuel needs during disasters or emergencies

Task force composed of nine members: three appointed by the Senate President, three by the House Speaker, and three by the Governor, with at least one consumer advocacy representative required from each appointing authority

Division of Emergency Management must provide administrative and support services to the task force

Task force required to submit recommendations for a strategic fuel reserve plan to the Governor and Legislature by April 30, 2023

Task force expires on June 30, 2023, with the act taking effect July 1, 2022
