Creates requirement for all Florida hospitals to maintain a publicly available directory of unidentified persons being treated at the facility.

Directory must include for each unidentified person: hospital location, type of injury, general condition description, and distinguishing physical characteristics such as height, weight, gender, race, hair and eye color, scars, and tattoos.

Hospitals must inform unidentified persons before adding them to the directory and allow them to restrict or prohibit inclusion of their information or limit public disclosure.

Exception allows hospitals to include incapacitated or emergency patients in the directory without prior consent, but must inform them and offer restriction options once they are no longer incapacitated or the emergency subsides.

Effective July 1, 2022.
