Condemns regimes in Cuba, Venezuela, and Iran that provide aid, training, weapons, funding, or safe harbor to terrorist groups operating in Colombia

Opposes any effort to change the State Department designations of Cuba and Iran from their current status as State Sponsors of Terrorism

Commits the Florida Senate to use all means possible, including divestiture, to impede commercial or other ties with FARC, and acknowledges the concerns of Colombian Americans in Florida who have been victims of FARC
