Defines "acute and post-acute hospital care at home" as health care services provided in a clinically qualified patient's permanent residence through a program approved by both the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the Agency for Health Care Administration

Authorizes paramedics to provide basic and advanced life support services to patients receiving acute and post-acute hospital care at home under physician supervision or standing orders, with the supervising physician held liable for any acts or omissions by the paramedic

Permits Class III institutional pharmacies affiliated with hospitals to dispense, distribute, compound, and fill prescriptions for medicinal drugs for patients receiving acute and post-acute hospital care at home, in addition to existing inpatient treatment authority

Grants the Department of Health authority to adopt and enforce rules necessary to implement the paramedic service provisions under the new hospital-at-home framework

Conforms numerous cross-references across Florida statutes—including sections on emergency medical services, pharmacy regulation, Medicaid fraud, pain-management clinics, and controlled substances—to align with reordered and newly added definitions, effective July 1, 2022
