Removes the scheduled October 2, 2022 sunset repeal date for the public records exemption protecting confidential information held by the office relating to qualified limited service affiliates, including customer data, shareholder/member lists, and information received from other states, countries, or the federal government (s. 663.540, F.S.)

Removes the scheduled October 2, 2022 sunset repeal date for exemptions in s. 655.057, F.S., covering active investigation records, examination reports, working papers, and confidential materials supplied by other state or federal agencies related to the regulation of financial institutions

Willful disclosure of information protected under these exemptions remains a third-degree felony under existing penalty provisions

The act takes effect October 1, 2022, preserving all three public records exemptions permanently by eliminating their Open Government Sunset Review Act repeal dates
