Creates s. 490.0076, F.S., exempting a psychologist's personal identifying information (other than name, licensure status, or licensure number) obtained from the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact's coordinated licensure information system and held by the Department of Health or Board of Psychology from public records requirements, unless the originating state authorizes disclosure by law.

Exempts from public meeting requirements any meeting or portion of a meeting of the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact Commission at which matters specifically exempted from disclosure by federal or state statute are discussed.

Exempts from public records requirements all recordings, minutes, and records generated during the closed portions of such Compact Commission meetings.

Subjects all exemptions to the Open Government Sunset Review Act, with automatic repeal on October 2, 2028, unless reenacted by the Legislature.

Takes effect contingently on the same date that HB 33 (the underlying Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact legislation) or similar legislation from the same 2023 legislative session becomes law.
