Florida House Memorial urging the U.S. Congress to support the Iranian people's fight for freedom and a democratically elected government free of religious persecution and extremism.

Cites the killing of at least 469 people, including 63 children and 32 women, since protests began on September 17, 2022, following the death of Mahsa "Jina" Amini at the hands of Iran's morality police.

Encourages the United States to halt all discussions on the Iran nuclear agreement (Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action), continue sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, and maintain internet access for Iranian citizens.

Calls on federal representatives to push for a United Nations investigative mechanism for crimes against humanity committed by Iran and demand an end to unlawful imprisonment and execution.

Directs the Secretary of State to send copies of the memorial to the U.S. President, the President of the U.S. Senate, the Speaker of the U.S. House, and all members of Florida's congressional delegation.
