Prohibits cost-sharing requirements (deductibles, coinsurance, copayments, or other out-of-pocket expenses) for diagnostic and supplemental breast examinations under individual health insurance policies, group/blanket/franchise health insurance policies, health maintenance contracts, and the state group insurance program.

Defines "diagnostic breast examination" as a medically necessary examination using diagnostic mammography, breast MRI, or breast ultrasound to evaluate an abnormality seen or suspected from a screening or detected by other means.

Defines "supplemental breast examination" as a medically necessary breast exam using MRI or ultrasound to screen for breast cancer when no abnormality is suspected, based on personal or family medical history or other risk factors.

Applies to policies and contracts issued, amended, delivered, or renewed on or after January 1, 2024, and authorizes the Financial Services Commission to adopt rules for administration.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
