Establishes the Fresh From Florida Retail Fresh Market Farm Stand Signage Program within the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to provide directional signage for certified retail fresh market farm stands.

Requires certified farm stands to offer farm products produced on-site, operate at least 4 days per week for 10 months annually, maintain a minimum growing area of 87,120 square feet, offer tours of the growing area, and display permanent signage showing tour times and hours of operation.

Authorizes the Department of Transportation to place directional signage bearing the Fresh From Florida logo on interstate highways and primary and secondary roads upon request, with owners and operators required to pay placement fees.

Creates the Fresh From Florida Retail Fresh Market Farm Stand Advisory Council with 12 members appointed by the commissioner to provide annual recommendations regarding the signage program.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
