Creates section 468.1336 of Florida Statutes to exempt certain portions of meetings of the Audiology and Speech-language Pathology Interstate Compact Commission and its executive committee from public meetings requirements under Florida law and the state constitution.

Exempts meeting portions discussing member state noncompliance, employee matters, litigation, contract negotiations, crime accusations, trade secrets, personal privacy information, law enforcement records, investigative reports, and matters exempted by federal or state practice laws.

Exempts recordings, minutes, and records generated during exempt meeting portions from Florida public records requirements and the state constitution's public records provisions.

Exemptions subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and automatically repeal on October 2, 2028, unless the legislature reenacts them.

Takes effect contingent on HB 877 or similar legislation being adopted in the same legislative session and becoming law.
