Amends Florida Statute 679.1081 regarding the sufficiency of descriptions in security agreements for secured transactions

Establishes that description by collateral type alone is insufficient for commercial tort claims, consumer goods in consumer transactions, security entitlements, securities accounts, and commodity accounts

Establishes that description by collateral type alone is insufficient for accounts representing rights to payment for sales of real property that are the debtor's homestead

Establishes that description by collateral type alone is insufficient for accounts and entitlements under Florida Statutes sections 222.13-222.16, 222.18, and 222.201-222.22

Takes effect upon becoming law
