Transfers the Wellington Preserve at the Marjory Stoneman Douglas Everglades Habitat and the Moncada Property from the Pine Tree Water Control District to the Acme Improvement District in Palm Beach County.

Removes the transferred lands from Pine Tree Water Control District's territorial limits and adds them to the Acme Improvement District, a dependent district of the Village of Wellington.

The transfer purpose is to incorporate the Moncada Property into the existing Wellington Preserve and allow Wellington to direct financial resources to developing, preserving, and maintaining natural areas for public benefit.

The Moncada Property addition will contribute 45 acres of landscaping, planting, hiking trails, equestrian trails, wildlife observation area, picnic structures, and an educational kiosk to complement the existing 365-acre Wellington Preserve.

The transferred property encompasses approximately 409.409 acres located in Section 24, Township 44 South, Range 40 East, Village of Wellington, and takes effect upon becoming law.
