Defines "dosage form animal product" as a feedstuff intended to affect the structure or function of an animal's body, including oils, tinctures, capsules, tablets, liquids, and chewables, but excluding minerals, vitamins, primary meals, treats, dental products, and FDA/USDA/EPA-regulated drugs and biologics.

Exempts dosage form animal products sold solely for their intended purpose from guaranteed analysis labeling requirements that apply to other commercial feeds.

Establishes specific labeling requirements for dosage form animal products including net weight, manufacturer name and address, brand/product name, manufacture/expiration date, active ingredient amounts per serving, inactive ingredients, structure/function claims, precautionary statements, recommended dosage by animal weight, and a "Not for human consumption" statement.

Takes effect October 1, 2023.
