Extends the repeal date of the Florida Development Finance Corporation from July 1, 2023 to July 1, 2027, with subsequent review every fourth year thereafter unless the Legislature votes to save it from repeal.

Extends the repeal date of the Florida Endowment for Vocational Rehabilitation from October 1, 2023 to October 1, 2027, unless reviewed and saved from repeal by the Legislature.

Amends sections 288.9604 and 413.615 of the Florida Statutes to implement these repeal date extensions.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
