Amends Florida Statute 456.47 to authorize telehealth providers to prescribe Schedule II controlled substances for six specific conditions: psychiatric disorders, inpatient hospital treatment, hospice care, nursing home residents, terminal conditions, and cancer treatment.

Adds cancer treatment and terminal condition as new allowable exceptions to the existing prohibition on telehealth prescribing of Schedule II controlled substances.

Maintains existing restrictions on telehealth controlled substance prescribing for all other conditions not listed in the statute.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
