Amends Chapter 2004-461, Laws of Florida to revise the boundaries of the Ave Maria Stewardship Community District in Collier County.

Provides updated metes and bounds legal description of the district encompassing parts of sections in Township 47 South, Range 29 East; Township 48 South, Range 29 East; and Township 48 South, Range 28 East.

District contains approximately 11,806.14 acres total, consisting of two parcels: one containing 10,805.08 acres and a second containing approximately 1,001.06 acres, excluding specified lands within Camp Keias Road and certain recorded deeds.

Confirms no enclaves or properties of non-participating owners exist within the district boundaries.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
