Amends Florida law to include references to the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs) in missing child and adult reporting requirements alongside existing Florida Crime Information Center and National Crime Information Center databases.

Requires law enforcement agencies to maintain written policies for monthly case reviews to determine whether missing person cases should remain in databases, with entries not removable based solely on the age of the missing person.

Mandates law enforcement transmit missing child reports to all three databases within 2 hours of receipt and immediately notify on-duty officers and other agencies with county jurisdiction.

Requires law enforcement to transmit credible missing adult reports to all three databases within 2 hours of receipt.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
