Defines "immediate relative" as a spouse, domestic partner, or child for Divine Nine specialty license plate eligibility purposes.

Expands eligibility to include persons whose immediate relative is a member of a Divine Nine organization, in addition to direct members.

Allows membership proof to be established by an organization membership card or a written letter signed by the organization's national president or designated official.

Requires presentation of a marriage license, domestic partnership agreement, birth certificate, or adoption record when the applicant is an immediate relative of the organization member.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
