• Replaces all references to the "Council on Chiropractic Education" with "an accrediting agency recognized by the United States Department of Education" throughout Florida chiropractic licensure and education statutes.

• Applies changes to chiropractic college accreditation requirements across eight Florida Statutes sections covering clinic definitions, student exceptions, definitions, licensure by examination, restricted licenses, faculty certificates, physician's assistant certification, and facility proprietorship.

• Maintains existing requirements for chiropractic education and licensure while allowing flexibility for any federally-recognized accrediting agency rather than limiting recognition to a single organization.

• Takes effect July 1, 2023.
