Authorizes the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, beginning July 1, 2024, to provide grants to coastal counties under the Resilient Florida Grant Program for saltwater intrusion vulnerability assessments analyzing threats to county water supplies, water utility infrastructure, wellfield protection, and freshwater supply management.

Requires each assessment to include the county's primary water utilities, current maps of freshwater wellfields and saltwater intrusion impact lines, projections of saltwater intrusion over the next decade, and a cost analysis for relocating impacted freshwater wellfields.

Directs the department to use assessment data to update the comprehensive statewide flood vulnerability and sea level rise data set and to make appropriate assessment information publicly available on its website.

Provides 50 percent cost-share funding from the department, up to $250,000, for each awarded grant; counties with a population of 50,000 or less are exempt from the cost-share requirement.

Takes effect upon becoming law and amends section 380.093, Florida Statutes.
