Amends Florida Statutes section 1011.62 to expand International Baccalaureate (IB) bonus funding calculations to include students earning equivalent scores as determined by the Department of Education, not just official IB examination scores.

Allocates 0.16 full-time equivalent (FTE) student membership for each student in an IB course scoring 4 or higher (or equivalent), and 0.3 FTE for students earning an IB diploma.

Requires school districts to allocate 80 percent of IB bonus FTE funding to the generating school program and preparatory programs, with remaining 20 percent directed to programs assisting academically disadvantaged students.

Establishes teacher bonuses of $50 per student scoring 4 or higher on IB examinations, plus an additional $500 bonus for IB teachers in schools with a "D" or "F" grade who have at least one qualifying student.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
