Amends Florida Statutes sections 458.347 and 459.022 to change the educational eligibility threshold for physician assistant licensure from "graduated" to "matriculated" relative to the December 31, 2020 date, meaning the relevant date is now when an applicant enrolled in their program rather than when they finished it.

Applicants who matriculated after December 31, 2020 must hold a master's degree from an approved program; those who matriculated on or before that date may qualify with either a bachelor's or master's degree.

Removes the requirement that a master's degree for post-2020 applicants be specifically "in accordance with" the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA), while still requiring completion of an approved program.

Removes the "before 1986" time limitation on the alternative licensure pathway for applicants who passed the Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination but do not otherwise meet the educational requirements.

Takes effect upon becoming a law.
