Amends section 458.331, Florida Statutes to add two new grounds for denial of medical license or disciplinary action.

Prohibits physicians from being employed by corporations, organizations, groups, or persons other than physicians, professional corporations, limited liability companies, or nonprofit organizations composed of licensed physicians.

Prohibits allowing non-physicians or non-physician entities to direct, control, or interfere with a physician's clinical judgment, patient medical records, billing practices, personnel practices, or hours of practice.

Takes effect July 1, 2023.
