Creates section 501.139, Florida Statutes, establishing new regulations for advertisements soliciting clients for legal services regarding prescription drugs or medical devices.

Prohibits advertisements from falsely presenting themselves as medical alerts, health alerts, drug alerts, or public service announcements, or from misusing government logos to suggest government endorsement.

Requires advertisements soliciting clients for prescription drug or medical device injury claims to include: "This is a paid advertisement for legal services" at the beginning, sponsor identity, attorney or law firm identity, statement that the drug/device remains approved unless recalled, and physician consultation advisory.

Mandates required statements appear in both written and verbal formats with clear visibility/audibility and sufficient duration; exempts print-only and audio-only advertisements from dual-format requirement.

Prohibits use, sale, or transfer of consumers' protected health information for soliciting legal services without written authorization, with exceptions for legal representatives in judicial or administrative proceedings; violations are enforceable as deceptive and unfair trade practices; effective July 1, 2023.
