Requires the Florida Building Commission to incorporate new accessibility standards into the Florida Building Code for public restrooms newly constructed or renovated after July 1, 2023

Mandates installation of a hook within reach range of an average-sized person while sitting on the toilet seat in accessible toilet compartments and single-user toilet rooms

Maintains existing requirements for restroom facility ratios between men and women in buildings constructed after September 30, 1992

Exempts establishments licensed under chapter 509 (hotels/restaurants) from ratio requirements if they don't have meeting/banquet rooms for more than 150 persons and already have equal or greater water closets for women

Effective date: July 1, 2023
