Creates section 288.9984, Florida Statutes, establishing public records and meetings exemptions for the universal regulatory sandbox program.

Exempts information in regulatory sandbox applications from public disclosure if the Office of Regulatory Relief determines it could cause economic harm to the applicant, including financial statements, reporting requirements data, and offering information.

Allows confidential application information to be released to appropriate state and federal agencies for investigation purposes and does not prevent disclosure of offering summaries.

Exempts meetings or portions of meetings of the General Regulatory Sandbox Program Advisory Committee where exempt information is discussed from public meeting requirements, and exempts all recordings, minutes, and records generated during closed portions from public records requirements.

Subjects exemptions to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and repeals the law on October 2, 2028, unless the Legislature reviews and reenacts it; effective date is contingent upon HB 1287 or similar legislation becoming law.
