• Creates section 827.11 prohibiting any person from knowingly admitting a child to an adult live performance, defined as shows depicting nudity, sexual conduct, or lewd exposure that appeals to prurient interest and lacks serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value for the child's age; violation is a first-degree misdemeanor.

• Establishes section 255.71 prohibiting governmental entities from issuing permits for performances that violate the adult live performance restrictions; individuals violating lawfully issued permits commit a first-degree misdemeanor.

• Authorizes the Division of Hotels and Restaurants to fine, suspend, or revoke licenses of public lodging and food service establishments that admit children to adult live performances: $5,000 for first violation and $10,000 for subsequent violations.

• Authorizes the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco to fine, suspend, or revoke alcohol licenses for maintaining licensed premises that admit children to adult live performances: $5,000 for first violation and $10,000 for subsequent violations.

• Bars defendants from raising ignorance of a child's age, child's misrepresentation of age, or bona fide belief of the child's consent as defenses in prosecutions.
