Exempts records held by law enforcement agencies relating to security or transportation services for the Governor, visiting governors, and certain state officials from Florida public records requirements and the state constitution's public access provisions.

Applies retroactively to records held by law enforcement agencies before, on, or after the effective date of the act.

Exempts records including security and operational plans, facility access information, threat assessments, travel information, and identifying information of personnel engaged in security or transportation operations.

Sunset provision requires legislative review and reenactment by October 2, 2028, or the exemption automatically repeals under the Open Government Sunset Review Act.

Becomes effective upon passage into law.
