Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund shall convey approximately 205.52 acres of real property in Okeechobee County to the Board of Trustees of Indian River State College in fee simple.

Property is located in Sections 27 and 34 of Township 36 South, Range 35 East, including strips of land 200 feet wide for outfall and drainage purposes.

Conveyance must occur within 60 days after the effective date of the act.

Within 90 days of taking legal title, Indian River State College must commission a cultural resource assessment survey conducted according to federal and state historic preservation standards and guidelines.

Final assessment report must be provided to the Speaker of the House of Representatives and President of the Senate; act takes effect July 1, 2023, or upon becoming law, whichever is earlier.
