Amends Florida Statute 944.275 to grant basic gain-time for incarceration periods before sentence is imposed

Awards 10 days of gain-time for each full month incarcerated before sentencing, credited on the prisoner's uniform judgment and sentence form

Requires gain-time for partial months to be prorated based on a 30-day month calculation

Makes gain-time accrued under this provision subject to forfeiture pursuant to existing forfeiture rules in subsection (5)

Takes effect July 1, 2023
