Amends s. 119.071, F.S. to remove the scheduled repeal date of the public records exemption for Nationwide Public Safety Broadband Network information held by agencies.

Maintains the exemption for information revealing: network design, development, construction, deployment, and operation; network coverage and geographical maps; features and capabilities of network infrastructure and services; security and cybersecurity measures.

Deletes language subjecting the exemption to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and the October 2, 2023 repeal deadline, making the exemption permanent.

Takes effect October 1, 2023.
